Project Description:
This is a 360,000 SF expansion to an existing and operating structural steel "high-bay" designed facility. The current design provides for extensive loading dock accessibility pleasing masonry block/veneer façade. The new buildings consist of expansion to the existing center, gatehouse, and storage/fire pump building. Site modifications include site drainage, utilities, fire line, and concrete and asphalt paving. A unique feature of this project is that it was phased so as not to reduce or stop operating capacity of the facility.
