Project Description:
Morganti provided both preconstruction and construction phase services on the 154,000 SF new tower expansion. This project included a new public lobby and coffee shop, ICU facilities, patient rooms, nursing stations, childbirth facilities, OR areas, isolation rooms and complete maternal facilities. Also included was a 400 car precast parking garage located at the new main entrance.
