Project Description:
This project involved five new corporate buildings providing over 1 million square feet of office/administration space. Buildings were structural steel with masonry cavity wall construction, rooftop and basement mechanical areas, with parapet walls and EDPM roofing. The project also included elaborate executive areas for prime tenants IBM and Dorr-Oliver and included complete site development, along with a new local sewer treatment plant.
