Project Description:
The new 476, SF facility will provide space for 3,500 students and a centralized location for 200 of the business school's faculty and administration staff. Instructional spaces (classrooms. Lecture halls, and seminal rooms), a computer laboratory, a 300,000 SF library, and 300 seat state-of-the-art auditorium will be located on the first four floors of the building. Departmental and faculty offices will be clustered on the upper two floors of the School of Management's six floors. Sophisticated audiovisual facilities, including a special video conference system and an electronically displayed scheduling system with monitors throughout the building, encourage rapid and effective communication. Three levels of below-grade are provided for the convenience of building users.
